Process

As a general contractor, we are equipped to deliver an outstanding renovation product, no matter what is takes. In our initial on-site meeting with you, we will walk through each aspect of your renovation project to ensure we have your vision in mind. During this time, we will review the specifications of your goals, your timeframe, and your budget.

During the estimating process, we will work diligently to provide you with a quotation that fits your budget and apartment renovation parameters; as well as provide any value engineering based upon our initial meeting.

Upon your acceptance of the quotation, we will send you the contract for your signature. Immediately after the contract is signed, 550 Construction will begin putting together the schedule for your renovation.

When your renovation kicks-off, you will receive a login and link to the project so that the progress can be tracked online. Schedule updates and daily logs will be provided keeping you up to date with notes and photos. Moreover, 550 Construction is great at working around residents and knows what not only you, but your residents expect in terms of quality and professionalism. You will also have peace of mind knowing that 550 Construction adheres to OSHA Standards to provide a safe working environment for your residents and employees.

You can rely on the unique skills of the 550 Construction Team to complete projects on time, within budget, and according to the Scope of Work. Upon completion our team will do a thorough inspection of your renovation with you to make sure that it meets and exceeds your expectations.
