As President of 550 Construction, LLC, Brad Richards leads the organization from a position of 28 years of experience and understanding of the construction industry, renovation business and professional practices.

550 Construction has built lasting relationships through integrity and the quality of our work we provide while handling our client’s renovation needs. Our diversified team provides cost effective solutions while maintaining oversight of the day-to-day challenges our client’s properties must overcome. Our formula for successful renovations has earned us continuing long-term relationships of over twenty-two years. Clients rely on our unique skills to complete projects on time, within budget, according to the architectural specifications and obligations.

In addition to the services we provide, over the past twenty-two years, 550 Construction’s President, Brad Richards, has saved our clients millions of dollars in insurance reclamation benefits. We expedite insurance negotiations on behalf and in conjunction with our clients to maximize recovery of funds due to losses created from fire and storm damage. Once funds are awarded and authorization to proceed is given, 550 Construction shall commence the renovation or reconstruction. A completion schedule will be presented to the client while taking into consideration lost revenue and attention to the least amount of downtime.

Randy Croissette

Randy Croissette is Vice President of Construction responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s construction activities. Some of his responsibilities are managing budgets and schedules, selecting and managing sub-contractors, ensuring code compliance and regulations are met. Randy works to make sure projects are completed on time, within budget and to customers satisfaction.

Prior to joining 550 Construction Randy was with Merion Residential as Vice President of Construction responsible for the profitable improvement of Merion Residential’s portfolio of properties. Randy was also responsible for restorations from disaster losses and oversaw the capital needs of Merion’s educational facility portfolio. Randy was with Resource Residential for 6 years as VP of Capital Improvements and was responsible for completing Resource’s capital projects on time and within budget. Randy also worked for Pennrose Management Company, an affordable housing developer/builder/management company as their Senior Capital projects manager preforming daily oversight of planned capital projects and restorations from disaster losses. Randy has over 40 years of experience in the construction and maintenance field. Most of his early experience coming from the Hospitality Industry as a Project Manager for several Hospitality Management Companies, giving him the knowledge and resources to facilitate the planning, organizing and management of large projects.

Specific areas of expertise range from material and contractor selection and evaluation; thorough architectural and engineering review and coordination, including governmental approvals and permits; to project specific scheduling, management and supervision. Randy’s experience includes the construction of single-family homes, as well as a variety of multi-family residential building types ranging from the adaptive reuse and renovation of historic warehouse, hotels and apartment buildings.
